Error: Invalid query: CREATE DATABASE blog

Error: Access denied for user 'rhoaglan'@'%' to database 'blog'

What is the most likely problem with my instillaion?
I'm using the correct username and password and I have selected sql4 and also sqli4/5x and neather work.

Seems like you do not have a permission to create a MySQL database. Check with your webhost, most actually create a DB for you, and you just use it (ie. no CREATE).
