Installed BLOG:CMS 4.0.0d.  I can create users OK, and can create lists.  However when I try to create a new item I cannot find a button or link to actually submit the item (the input form, WYSIWYG editor, etc seem to work fine).

Tested with both Firefox 1.0.6 and IE 6.0.28, running under Windows.  I don't normally have any problems with Javascript with these browsers.

In the page source I found:

         <input id="btn_blockedit" style="margin-bottom:15px;display:block;" tabindex="60" type="submit" value="Add Item" onclick="return checkSubmit();" />
         <!-- end -->

which suggests that the Submit button should appear in the same table cell as the submission options.

I'm completely stumped on this one.
