How can I uninstall the forum, which I do not need, of my BLOG: CMS 4.1.2?

1. delete /forum/ folder on FTP
2. drop "forum_*" tables (via phpMyAdmin, e.g.) from database
3. delete references to forum from ExtraSkin/header
